Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive, specialized, and perishable nature of research-use-only materials, all sales made through Peptero are considered final once an order has been processed. This policy helps maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance standards for laboratory research materials.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Peptero are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Products supplied by Peptero are intended strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. Because these materials require proper handling, storage, and chain-of-custody control, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Manufacturing Defects

Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Any claim must include clear supporting information, including order details, product photos, batch information where applicable, and a description of the issue.

Peptero reserves the right to review each claim individually and determine whether a replacement, refund, store credit, or denial is appropriate.

3. Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To report shipping damage, customers should provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged package
  • Clear photos of the affected product
  • Description of the damage
  • Delivery date and tracking information

4. Opened or Punctured Vials

Opened, punctured, used, tampered-with, or improperly handled vials are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery before opening, puncturing, storing, or handling the materials.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes standard shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, handling charges, and any carrier-related charges unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Improper Storage or Handling

Improper storage, handling, use, or disposal of any product voids all claims. Peptero is not responsible for product issues caused by storage outside recommended laboratory conditions, mishandling, contamination, misuse, or non-research application.

7. Review and Final Decision

Replacement or refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Peptero. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

Peptero may deny any claim that appears incomplete, unsupported, fraudulent, outside the reporting window, or related to improper handling, storage, or unauthorized use.
