Shipping Policy

Peptero currently ships orders within the United States only. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled after carrier acceptance.

1. Shipping Availability

Peptero ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with unsupported shipping destinations may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or delays caused by payment review, address verification, inventory checks, or fraud-prevention screening.

3. Shipping Fees

Peptero shipping fees are configured as follows:

  • $50 flat-rate shipping for orders under $200
  • Free shipping for orders over $200

Shipping rates may be displayed during checkout before order submission.

4. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. After carrier acceptance, Peptero is not responsible for delays, mishandling, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, or other carrier-related issues.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information may be provided once an order has shipped. Tracking confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and delivery. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Peptero considers the order fulfilled.

6. Carrier Delays

Peptero is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect routing, high shipping volume, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Peptero is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

8. Lost Shipment Claims

Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To submit a shipping claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Shipping address used at checkout
  • Description of the issue
  • Any carrier communication or delivery notice, if available

9. Storage After Delivery

Customers are responsible for proper storage immediately upon receipt. Peptero is not responsible for product degradation, temperature exposure, mishandling, or storage-related issues after delivery has occurred.

10. Research-Use-Only Materials

Products offered by Peptero are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, or consumer application.
